Admission: Admission to Downtown Disney® is FREE for race participants and spectators.

Race Headquarters / Check-In Info:
Race Headquarters / Registration tent will be located between Cirque du Soleil® and the House of Blues, by the grassy knolls upon entering Athlete's Village. It will be marked as "Registration" on the site map (stay tuned for the map!).
TEAM CAPTAINS must check-in at least one (1) hour prior to your first race, where you will register your team to receive your team package. GWN will generate the online team roster lists on Tuesday Oct 12. Any and all crew members who have not signed an online waiver by then, must either hand in their signed waivers collected prior to the event, or these participants must sign a waiver at Race Headquarters. If not, they will not be allowed to race.
Team Packages will include: roster list, wrist bands, ready-to-race card, and lunch program wristbands (if applicable).
Marshalling for races will commence approximately 30-40 minutes prior to each race.
Team Entry Fees / Registration / Waivers:
For information on team entry fees, registration process, using the crew management tool (waivers, under 18), please click here or click on the "Registration Info" link on the left navigation bar. Please note that all athletes must register online and sign their waivers electronically.
Event Day Steerspersons:
The Orlando International Dragon Boat Festival will provide an event day steersperson for those teams who require one. Please contact GWN at info@gwndragonboat.com if you require one.
PFDs & Paddles:
The Orlando International Dragon Boat Festival requires that all participants wear a Coast Guard approved PFD. Inflatable PFDs will be allowed. All athletes and spectators are responsible for their own personal safety. GWN PFDs and paddles will be available on-site for use for those paddlers who do not have their own PFD or paddle.
On-Boat Policy:
Please note that crews are not allowed to bring GPS units onboard. You may have a speaker system if you wish.

Race Course:
The Orlando International Dragon Boat Festival course meets all technical requirements required to host championship regattas. The watercourse can accommodate up to 8 x 13.5m lanes with the depth in each lane exceeding 3.5 metres.
Race Lengths:
All races will be 500m in length with an opportunity for the top 10 teams to participate in a 2000m challenge at the end of the day.
