After a one-year hiatus for the Canadian National Championships, the ever popular GWN Sport Regatta returns to the Western Beaches Watercourse at Marilyn Bell Park in Toronto, site of the 2006 Club Crew World Championships.
The following racing classifications & race distances will be contested at the GWN Sport Regatta:
- Premier Open, Women (200m, 500m, 2000m*)
- Premier Mixed (200m, 500m, 2000m*)
- Senior Open, Women (200m, 500m, 2000m*)
- Senior Mixed (200m, 500m)
- Junior Open, Women, Mixed (200m, 500m)
- Grand Master Open, Women, Mixed (200m, 500m)
- Breast Cancer Survivor (200m, 500m, 2000m*)

That’s the philosophy behind one of North America’s most popular festivals. The GWN Dragon Boat Challenge is a two-day festival that brings together 5,000 recreational and elite dragon boat athletes and thousands of spectators. Mark the date on the calendar, as this is the do not miss festival of the summer.
The event has moved to Marilyn Bell Park and now offers some of the best technical racing in North America. With over 200 teams expected to participate, it is the ultimate boating experience.
