The St. Catharines Dragon Boat Festival is held on the renowned Henley Island Rowing Course. This course is home to the Royal Canadian Henley Regatta, North America's largest rowing event, and is a mere half hour from the US border making it a perfect event for crews in Upstate New York and Ontario to compete in.

With both Sport Division and Community Division, this event is the Niagara Region's best deal for competitive crews looking to compete in three race distances and for recreational crews to get a taste of true sport racing!

Sport Division
The following racing classifications & race distances will be contested in the Sport Division:

Premier Mixed Division (2 x 200m, 2 x 500m, 1 x 2000m)
Premier Open Division (2 x 200m, 2 x 500m, 1 x 2000m)
Premier Women Division (2 x 200m, 2 x 500m, 1 x 2000m)

Community Division
Corporate/Community/University teams will participate in the following racing classifications & race distances in the Community Division:

Community/Corporate Mixed Division (3 x 500m)
Community/Corporate Women Division (3 x 500m)

Breast Cancer Survivor Division
BCS teams will participate in the following racing classifications & race distances in the BCS Division:

BCS Division (3 x 500m)

The St. Catharines Dragon Boat Festival is a sanctioned CCWC Qualifier and part of the Canadian Student Racing Leaque.
